Here’s what to expect from your rental appraisal.

I’ve filled out the form – what happens next?

We’ll be in touch within a day (often same-day) to introduce ourselves, ask a few questions about your property, and learn more about your situation. This is a great opportunity for you to ask us any questions you may have, too.

How soon will I receive my rental appraisal?

This depends on your availability. We can move quickly and arrange a visit to your property on the next business day. Otherwise, here’s what we need to proceed via email:

  • Send us up-to-date photos or videos of your property including bedrooms, bathrooms, garaging, storage, and any other valuable features
  • When the property will be available to rent
  • Preferred length of tenancy*

*Please note: we only provide property management for rentals of at least 12 months.

Our rental appraisals are a detailed PDF with your property’s key features and an evidence-based rental price range backed by data from the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment (MBIE). We focus on providing accurate, independent appraisals to help property investors make informed decisions.
