Jon is one of the directors of Harper Properties. After having worked as a property manager for 10 years, and overseeing the set up of the Hamilton office, Jon’s focus is now on maintaining strong relationships with clients and building and maintaining the company.
Ashleigh is passionate about working with people and excels in developing relationships. Previously working for the Ministry of Social Development, Ashleigh brings a wide set of skills to her property management role including portfolio and case management, debt reconciliation.
Claire has a post graduate diploma in Human Nutrition and has an extensive background in client management. Her experience expands international students, administration and recruitment. Claire brings her strong interpersonal skills and passion for people to Harper Properties. Do not ask Claire for IT help.
Jen is the rock star behind the scenes that keeps the place humming. Jen has a background in financial and administration oversight in small businesses, and helps deliver our services across all three offices.
Don’t challenge Jen to a drinking contest.
Rupert hails from the UK and has a bachelors in French studies. He enjoys building genuine relationships and ensuring tenants are comfortable in their homes. Outside of the office, you’ll most likely find him at a pub quiz or looking after his cats.
Sarah joins Harper Properties with a background in real estate and legal administration. Sarah is engaging and passionate and thrives on meeting people and solving their problems.
With a background in administration, building maintenance and health and safety, McKenzie brings a breadth of experience and is eager to serve our loyal database of clients.
Prior to joining the team, Itomi was a recruitment manager for over 3 years, dealing with HR departments, operations and staffing. Itomi’s people & organisational skills complement our team as we continue to ensure high standards are kept across all of our propertie
Sarah has a Bachelor’s in Communication from Massey University and joins us from a national business-to-business service company. Initially starting in administration, Sarah moved in to working in e-commerce marketing and co-ordination. Sarah has a passion for DIY and crafts and brings a unique perspective to property to our growing team.
Chris is one of the directors of Harper Properties. He has a BCom from Auckland University and a post graduate diploma in Business Administration. He joined the company in 2005 and is very well experienced in all aspects of property management. Do not get Chris talking about his house plants.
